I actually heard from two friends that The Purge was not so good, but I think it comes down to movie taste in the end.
I typically find a lot of movies entertaining, but only a few enthralling.

Me and Scary Movies Summary
1. See Preview, be like oh cool I should see it.
2. Never end up seeing it, see preview for DVD
3. Look up Summary for whole movie and never watch it.

yeah it wasn't like if you had to choose one movie to see before you die..but it was a bit entertaining. i found it to be predictable but still entertaining. it also dragged on at some points and i was like please wrap up already
